Completed using The Artisan Company online tutorial, it was a lot of fun trying different techniques to get this wonderfully layered finish.
Layered with blues, dark wax and a hint of Wild Honey. We finished with a touch of Forgotten Gold glide and a brand new handle. Make sure to swipe through to see the before picture!
Technique:
Paint in base colours of blues and greens, making sure to blend them, paint for full coverage. Dry brush touches of Wild Honey and brighter blues to create depth and layers. Seal with Dark Wax. Water down Obsidian Blue and brush on in sections, ragging back. Seal with Clear and Dark Waxes. Detail with Forgotten Gold GLide.
